About Priskilly Forest Country House is a 5 Star Country house accommodation, golf club, farm and woodland. Priskilly Forest has been in the Evans family for four generations and welcomed guests from all corners of the world for over 60 years. Great Grandma offered traditional, homely and relaxing accommodation (featured in woman’s own magazine 1950s) and today we try and offer the same experience to our guests together with luxury and modern amenities that guests expect of a 5 star establishment. Today Our 5 star Country House boasts the hallmarks of a traditional Georgian Manor House with tall ceilings and original architectural features, although there was a dwelling at Priskilly Forest in 1326 (Black Book of St. David’s) Original and ornate antique furnishings are found throughout the house, with large Welsh dressers, dining tables and bedroom furniture. About In the historic village of Letterston, on the edge of the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, we’re a family-run butcher’s shop selling meat both online and offline. We stick to traditional practices, to ensure we supply you with the best meat we possibly can – from dry aging our beef and lamb to buying from the best suppliers. The Gwaun Valley Meats story begins some years ago, when William Evans was a boy and spent his holidays on his uncle’s farm in Llandeloy, where he learnt about farming and animal welfare. Will developed an interest in butchery, mastered his trade, and started a small charcuterie business – before moving to the Gwaun Valley, where he learnt the traditional Pembrokeshire ways to cure bacon. In 2006, Will and his family opened Gwaun Valley Meats in the village of Letterston, where a team of artisan butchers dedicate themselves to delivering the best meat they possibly can.
