About Daisy Graze is a small individually run business which producing artisan, hand cut Jams, Chutneys, Fruit Vinegar's, Wild Garlic Oil and my silky smooth extremely chocolaty Fudge. Growing and foraging as much of my ingredients as possible I make my Preserves and Conserves in small batches at home in my kitchen (which has a 5 hygiene rating). Everything is made by the season when it is at its best to capture the finest flavours as the year goes by. About Janine It might have been the rugged landscape and the beauty of the coastline with which I’ve grown up in Wales which has given me a love of all things natural. It might have been my inspirational Grandmother and Mother whom I should thank for my passion for all things culinary. But nevertheless my interest in preserving natures bounty has developed into a desire to create the most delicious Preserves and Conserves. What started as a few favours for friends and family has blossomed into an artisan business conserving the seasons w
